Those guys have spent years brainwhasing people into buying FIFAs, CODs, GTAs, ACs, Marios and other over-milked stuff so that when different approaches to video games emerge, no one's there to pay attention. The vicious circle of killing creativity is now almost unstoppable. What did this site tell you? "this game doesn't deserve to sell", and of course, Mario is the game of the year. Where are we going like this? Should we play Mario for another 25 year, ditch new game creators, snub the efforts of writing great scenarios, kill off new IPs so that we can keep playing exactly the same thing, at the risk of never be able to say "wow" again when a great new experience comes to us? |
What a load of arrogant crap. The game was medicore, Mario and GTA weren't, deal with it.
Its nort the journalists job to drive the industry foward. They are there to report stuff, not promote anything just because its supposedly ''innovative''
