They tend to pull a lot of dickery with DLC, but at the same time their actual games have been pretty good and they are, at least, putting stuff on Nintendo platforms (and even the Vita, a la Arkham Origins, Blackgate).

DLC just seems to bring out the worst in otherwise good publishers (like Capcom. Damn).

There's also when they create games on portable systems.  If it's on both the 3DS and Vita, the Vita version is nothing more than a port of the 3DS version at higher resolution.  An example is Instead of getting the console versions of the Lego games to work on the Vita, they just ported the 3DS version.
