Only to point out that Take-Two would not benefit from exclusivity with Nintendo, any more than Activision would, or EA, or Capcom, or Square-Enix, or Bamco, or Sega. None of these companies have anything to gain from being bought by Nintendo or any other hardware producer. A Sega merger might have been possible before the Atlus acquisition. Now it's a pipe dream. That's not the way to go. Think about Nintendo's previous acquisitions. Small teams like Rareware, Retro Studios, Monolith Soft. Man, those small acquisitions really paid off, right? That's how it's done. |
Nintendo isn't making aqusitions like it has previously. There's no reason Nintendo shouldn't and couldn't think bigger.
