Though, I should let you know, I have to research gameplay copyright rules on a publisher-by-publisher basis, as it varies. For example, Nintendo is (now) okay with gameplay footage so long as it is utilized in some sort of useful manner rather than just some gameplay posted for people to watch. I have to be cautious on what games I review, because if the publisher's copyright specifically says gameplay cannot be used without license, I can get videos removed and have other issues.
