Pokemon Bank being a mobile (IOS and Android) App?

What would be the point? The Bank's purpose (with the transporter) is to transfer Mons from your games to THE CLOUD, and vice versa. There are no Pokemon games on mobile devices, so having the bank on them would be utterly useless.
