I'm wondering if they can sneak a required update into certain titles that negate any hacks on the system. I noticed the update on SSBB, why not do that with other big first party releases. Maybe even do it in a way that will transfer over if the game is burned or downloaded. I dunno if there is a way to do that but if it's possible that may be the way to go.
