Pity. Read nothing about learning from the competition (I read articles that Nintendo doesn't own Xbox/PS consoles to see what they do), and investing in modern online features/infrastructure.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.
