| AZWification said: Like TomaTito said, it would have been nice if you had used graphs . Anyway, I feel like WiiU sales will pick up and the WIIu will outsell the GC. You just need to remember that the GC had Metroid, Smash Bros and such in 2003. |
Like I said ill give Wii U the benefit of the doubt that since at this point in time N64/GC were each $149 while Wii U is $299 and those console had more of there big hitters already released.
N64-Super Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, GoldenEye 007, Star Fox 64, Wave Race 64, Star Wars: Shadow of the Empire, Yoshi's Story, Diddy Kong Racing, Pilotwings 64, Cruise'n USA, Turok 1+2, NFL Quarterback Club, WCW vs nWo, NBA Courtside. All exclusives that sold over 1 million.
GC-Super Smash Bros Melee, Super Mario Sunshine, Luigi's Mansion, Animal Crossing, Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, Metroid Prime, Mario Party 4, Star Wars Rogue Squadron II, Pikmin, Super Monkey Ball 1+2, Resident Evil+RE Zero, Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, Sonic Mega Collection, Star Fox Adventures. All exclusives that sold over 1 million.
Wii U-New Super Mario Bros U, Super Mario 3D World, Nintendo Land, New Super Luigi U, Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, Wii Party U, Pikmin 3, Wind Waker HD, Lego City Undercover, ZombiU. Exclusives released by the end of the fiscal year with potential to sell over 1 million.
So with further price cuts and more strong selling exclusives, Wii U could start to gain some ground on N64/GC but as of now its on track to sell under 15 million.
