You're not allowed to elevate your products by talking smack about other products, conduct rules. In my opinion, this kind of advertising is petty. The US being the capitalist HQ of the world, I wasn't really expecting much else. It's fine, I guess.

Wouldn't it be better to start an incentive program where you trade in your 360 and get a good discount or a bunch of gamer points? I mean, one could argue that they want people to stick with the 360 as well and buy software and hardware that is making them tons of money but they're quite clearly telling consumers to jump into the 8th gen.

People taking these things personally should take their chill pills though.
