Warner Bros. cancels Arkham Origins DLC for Wii U, Nintendo sending refunds

My brother has this game on the 360, and loves it. I'm planning on playing it at some point.

Goddang though. What a scumbag thing to do. I'm glad Nintendo's covering for them at least, if I'm understanding this right.

It really seems like a vicious circle for 3rd party multiplats on Nintendo home consoles. The games aren't properly supported because they aren't selling. But the games aren't selling because they aren't properly supported. I guess 3rd party partnerships and exclusives are their best option this generation.
