You can hack and mod any game for any system and that will never ever be stopped. The most popular systems get the most hacks, because a larger install base will have more modders and hackers.
@ChichiriMuyo, you use regular old DVD+R's for Wii hacks. You can burn Wii games or GameCube games to a regular DVD+R and play it on any modded Wii.
