I'd really doubt it. With time the XBONE could easily run all its launch games in 1080p as devs get a better handle on the device, but with time the launch games will also begin to look outdated as graphics are pushed even farther. If a new multiplat next year is pushing the PS4 and just getting 1080p 30fps, no way is the XBONE version going to have the same resolution.

Personally I expect the difference between the two to increase over time.

Isn't it a bit of exaggeration?

Really, the level of graphics everywhere, from PS4 through PC all the way to the WII U is really fine now. I think that we are approaching the point where it's really hard to make a game look even better. Especially with all those research on photorealism in gaming.

this may be in Polish, but take a look at the video there. It'll be hard to top that.

The launch games look nothing like that video, and even then that video has tons of room for improvement.

Every single gen people make comments similar to yours. I'd be shocked if this is the first time they're actually right.

Check out the launch games for PS3. Here's a pic of resistance.

That's really really outdated, yet at the time of release many people thought it looked "good enough."

I saw a couple of gen transitions. I played old pokemon, I played zelda, i plyed early call of duty, all the GTA games. Somehow this the first time I had the idea of "there is not much space to develop further". All the time I could see some clunky models, bad textures and stuff.

I just strongly believe that a certain point developing an AAA graphics game will become so expensive of a process that in order to get even such a game would have to cost 90 $.
