Nah.

DLC is supposed to 1/4th to 1/3rd what physical sales are right?

So you figure 1.23 sellthrough

+ DL sales

= 1.64 million sold to consumers.

Leaves about 400K on the shelves.

That sounds about right if not a little short for remaining stock.

I highly doubt digital makes up for that much, especially for a game like Killzone.  I'd say digital may account for 100K or so.  But, there's no way it accounts for over half a million in sales.

I thought 1/3rd to 1/4th was a direct sony quote for what they do on digital.

Or was that Nintendo?

Downloadable percentages should grow... and honestly, should be higher for launch games since it will be bought by early adapters who are going to be more digital friendly/digitally inclined.

Either way, regardless, you can expect a lot more stock on shelves then you'd see mid or late gen for most games, since there are so few games to be had.

The launch window of the gen is where  500K to 3 million franchises can really shine, doubling or even tripling their expected output.

Espiecally since it's getting decent add time/at the center of the generic PS4 ads.

All told this will be the best selling killzone by a wide margin.

It may have been Nintendo.  If not, then they were probably talking about the Vita.  I just don't see Killzone, a game that has a launch bundle, and a 40GB download if you want to buy it digitally, selling over half a million digitally.  Most likely, bundles make up a big portion of those sales.  Of course, I don't think VGC is that far off, probably just a few 100Ks.
