AFAIK this tool requires Windows 8.1, most people with gaming pcs would run away from this windows version.

Doesn't Windows 8 have better gaming performance than Windows 7, and wasn't 8.1 supposed to fix many of the issues most people originally had with 8?

OT: This is really, really impressive. The fact that it's F2P is kinda surprising. I wonder what the payment model is going to be for this game. Are you going to have to buy stuffpacks to play games created with "premium" materials, or will you be able to play whatever you want for free. If it's the latter, I'm curious as to how they plan to make money from people like me who only play others' creations, without contributing anything of their own.
