Well, they already have SmartGlass which works to extend your console onto your phone and tablet. Plus it can run a bunch of games including mobile versions of Halo, Fable, and Kinectimals. So they already have their favorite properties on mobile devices - it's just that they are phones, and not dedicated gaming devices.
And they just bought Nokia. I don't see mobile devices lasting any more than Cisco thought the Flip camera would last. It's why they dropped Zune - the market wasn't there anymore. Nintendo is still selling the 3DS, but I can see them wanting to add Skype.
PS Can anyone confirm if the mobile games work on Android and iphone through the SmartGlass app or is that only for Windows Phones.
