I gotta go with Double Dash for the kart sharing. We'd always hook up 2 TVs and 2 GCs with the adapter and have 4 teams of 2, with one official driver and one gunman, and go through every track in the game. It was the only way to have more fun than doing every track with 8 players on MKDS.
I think Wii's 12 player races and battles will blow it away though.
