It'll be better.
Different probably, but still better technically even if you end up not liking the style.
The two N64 games easily beat the tech-demo, the two GameCube games beat the tech-demo. This isn't even a 'Zelda-only' thing; Super Mario Sunshine off the top of my head certainly beats the Mario 128 demo. I don't see why this trend would stop, especially when WiiU's final hardware is better than that with which they showed that demo.
