They published these games to make them happen exclusively on Wii U, same as Bayonetta 2. That is still third party, regardless of whether or not Nintendo is footing the bill. And Sega published Sonic: Lost World in Japan and NA. Nintendo only published it in EU and AUS, something similar to what they have done in the past with the Mario/Sonic Olympic games. It's still a Sega game, still third party.
