I think The Wonderful 101, Lego City Undercover and Sonic Lost World don't count as third party. They were published by Nintendo.
Games that deserve to sell better, maybe not at 60 Euros, but you can get most of them for 20 Euros or less (AC4 needs 2 more months to be at 20):
