GREATLY invest in more 1st and 2nd party studios, as well as expand existing ones, plus cater HEAVILY to small 3rd parties and indies. The big 3rd parties are gone and will not return, ever; this should be blatantly clear to everyone. Best-case scenario Nintendo gets some ports of big games very sporadically.
They very much need to become self-sustaining, as soon as possible. Make it the system to play unique games that go well with Nintendo's philosophy and expand on that; and create an ecosystem that's the go-to place for such experiences. Differentiate from COD, GTA etc., as those types of games will simply never work with Nintendo.
