Hmm... if I were to not include 3DS games, I would say Minecraft, Terraria, a handful of MMO's, Stepmania, FFR, Midnight Club 2 (lol), Mega Man X2 probably (spent so much time replaying), Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts 2, probably Mario Kart Wii or 64, and Super Smash Bros Melee and Brawl I easily spent over 100 hours on.
edit: Looking at some of the other lists, it reminds me that I also played Super Mario World and Pokemon Yellow for over 100 hours, and maybe even Pokemon Ruby.
