I think he talked about reasonable and doable games. Exclusive COD or GTA are impossible to make IMO. GTA V took 5 years and R* won't take such high risks.

H did not talk about reason. He/she said what would it take and gave them two games. metriod/pokemon. I just gave him/her an answer on what it would take to give that console some life yet.
