Ppl choose it because its a very good system. Always has been. There are a ton of ppl/posters who try to talk about it in a bad light but maybe that just made them go and get one. Especially after playing and not listening to certain fans who just wont come off of it.

What is the "cool" system in the US? Xbox. That's why it's winning. The Genesis was considered "cool", and it won the US. When PS1 and PS2 were winning here, guess what? It was considered the "coolest". It's been that way since either of us were born. Xbox will stay popular until something comes along that is deemed "cooler" and it'll crash and burn.
