No. So much no.
Link embodies the player. Link is a great hero because he is mostly silent, he expresses himself through noises and physical expression. We connect with him because we can put our thoughts inside him. Give him a voice and he's just another stupid anime character. Give all the characters voices and suddenly you've got to make sure they're all absolutely perfect. I don't mind so much with other games, but if I were playing a Zelda game and one or more of the actors sucked, it would taint the experience. Zelda is somehow so pure and mostly untouched by other forms of media, and I want it to stay that way.
So please... No.
