I won't deny that there are ameicans that fit in to your category above. However arent there peasants and farmers in poland and belgium that still would not have a clue the difference between america in canada? Europe usually takes a very smug "we are the best" road when it comes anything (look at their cars) but I am not so sure they have the right to. I was born in europe and i live in canada now btw so ive seen both sides and both have their advantages and downfalls.
