No; I wouldn't buy it. Nintendo's problem isn't that their systems are weak - it's that they have no third party support. No matter how powerful their next system was - would they be getting the same games as PlayStation or Xbox? The answer is no. Nintendo's demographics and core audience is vastly different that that of Sony and Microsoft so it's no wonder that many publishers don't find it worthwhile to publish their games on the platform. Nntendo's fans don't want a powerful system; they take whatever Nintendo gives them and are satisfied with it. Non-Nintendo fans (who would be the ones looking for a powerful gaming machine) know that there are better options for them elsewhere and might not want the experienes tat Nintendo is offering.
