If it isn't obvious, I really really dislike the idea of voice acting in a Zelda game. To me, Zelda's always been more comparable to a book than a cinematic experience. If it's done well, I'd be more than happy to admit I was wrong, I just have extremely high standards, and, until recently, English voice acting in first-party Nintendo games has been pretty subpar.

If I had to choose though, I've had a funny headcanon in the last few console Zeldas of Link being voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch. He does a lot of dubbed anime, and I've heard his voice in a few of the Tales of games. Guy from Tales of the Abyss is the first that comes to mind, though I'm sure he's done many more that I'm too lazy to look up.
