I feel like, at this point anyway, there lies an opportunity for PS4 to surpass PS2 sales eventually. This all depends on whether or not the general consumer enthusiasm holds up. But if it does hold up, or even increase, then PS4 could end up breaking more records outside of just the launch period.
200M is not impossible, though that number is probably the maximum that it could possibly sell. My guess is 150-200M, as long as the PS4 never loses momentum this gen.
