Apparantly its rights issues.

There are alot of those cases on PSN aswell.

For example Syphon Filter is a Sony IP. Syphon Filter 2 is on the US shop but isnt on the EU one for some weird rights issue. The same can be said about Xenogears and Chrono Cross. They are on the US PSN, but square doesnt release them on the EU one, even though it should sell well cause the games werent released here before. But apparantly it raises rights issues aswell.

Its all a big pain. These rights issues should be streamlined.

right, but why can't say, Kid Icarus Uprising be put on there? there's not any right issues i'm aware of.

There's always some BS rights issues. A ton of them make no sense. Two companies could own a series in the UK (example). But only one in the US. That usually causes it. It's also taxes and or other laws that add to the time. Like you need to have 20 languaes in the EUR version. While the US could care less if Spanish isn't included in.
