Apparantly its rights issues.

There are alot of those cases on PSN aswell.

For example Syphon Filter is a Sony IP. Syphon Filter 2 is on the US shop but isnt on the EU one for some weird rights issue. The same can be said about Xenogears and Chrono Cross. They are on the US PSN, but square doesnt release them on the EU one, even though it should sell well cause the games werent released here before. But apparantly it raises rights issues aswell.

Its all a big pain. These rights issues should be streamlined.

Big pain! Always wondered how Steam can make all content avaiable ww when eg. PSN can't? If it's due to localization I'd rather be without.

They don't always. I had to buy my Ausie friend a couple games from the US steam store. One being the banned Saints Row 4 weapon DLC. And a few 2D classics. They aren't on theirs.
