Well, how about Wii Play? (not yet, but if it got there, would it count?). You can buy a controller without the game, so some could claim that a most copies sold were purchased for the game.
I know, I am just arguing for the sake of arguing at this point, but just curious.
@Dodece. I was kidding. But on a serious note, sudoku might be up there. All iterations are payed the same, so I would call them the same game, and you can get it for everything. No clue how many copies have sold, but if you ad up all the phones, PC games, stand alone hand held, and console games, it's probably way up there in sales.
