people who think every game should have the same player count play probably only one or two different shooters and think that formula would work for every game. after i saw some of the leaked videos i have honestly no clue how people would like to have more people on the map,. that would ruin everything.
in third person shooters like the last of us or gears of war nobody complains about the "low" player count. if there would be a very successful third person shooter with 64 players people would have probably also complained about the count in gears and the last of us even if it makes no sense to have so many players on the maps of these games.
