There's no comparison. Tegra just shits on the PICA200.

Nintendo said in a statement that they used a 1 GHz chip for the GPU in the Nintendo 3DS.

So please elaborate.

I hope you realize that graphics peformance is dependent on the GPU and not the CPU. Since the 3DS uses the PIC200, it is clocked at 133 mhz.

The 3DS consumes about 0.2 watts where as the tegra 3 eats up about a full watt.

The 3DS has a manufacturing process of 65nm whereas the tegra 3 has a much finer process at 40nm so really there is no comparison. The PICA200 will get squashed by the tegra 3.

If the ARM 9 CPU (268 Mhz a core) was clocking a GPU @ 200 MHz, then why wouldn't the more powerful CPU in the finish 3DS not clock a GPU higher?

And when Nintendo said 1 GHz chip, they said G-pu, not C-pu.

Why would Nintendo say they used a GPU that is a 1 Ghz chip in the 3DS if it wasn't true?

No, the GPU isn't clocked at 1 ghz, your spreading lies.

It's clocked at 133 mhz.

Where did nintendo say that it was clocked at 1 ghz ?

Once again no comparison because it's nvidia vs DMP.

They said it is a 1 GHz GPU, they did NOT say it was clocked at 1 GHz.

Anyways, the old CPU can clock a GPU @ 200 MHz, so the final CPU is clearly capable of clocking a GPU much higher.

Warner Bros. Devs say the 3DS does practically the exact same graphics as the PS Vita.

High Voltage Devs says the 3DS has way way way more better textures & shader abilities then the Wii.

Should I trust both 1st & 3rd Party Devs of 3DS games, or should I trust someone who claims the 3DS GPU is clocked exactly half of the PS Vita's GPU clock speed?

Can you please post your source of 3DS specs for everyone else to see?
