If I were president, I think that I would not be satisfied with being second console of the familly. Improving the multimedia features of the WiiU would be top priority, releasing TVii in Europe and updating it so that it is fast to boot, fluid, and much more intuitive. Advirstising TVii for the superbowl, maybe even becoming a sponser and partnering with ESPN would be a huge benefit as a big feauture of TVii is the football and sports integration. WiiU uses Blue laser 25 gb layered disc technology, it is literally Bluray. I would have us pay the licensing fee to be able to advirtise and be able to finally play blu ray movies, since it has the capabilities to do so. Increasinga precense in the mobile market would also be a top priority. A release of Miiverse and NNID on Android and IOS would be the next step. Nintendo Virtual Console would be the next mobile release. The first of them being the mega popular Super Mario Bros. the original Mario that started it all. Advirtise the virtual console heavily and release new games every month for it. This would increase Nintendo market share greatly, and iff kept at the 4.99 price, would generate a good amount of income. Especially in large mobile markets such as the U.S. and China. This increased mobile precense would help establish a market in which to advertise their full retail new games for the Wii U and 3DS as well as increase involvment in Miiverse. Bundling Mario Kart 8 would be important and a huge push for such bundle during the holidays would also be beneficial. Discontinuing the Wii Mini and drastically decreasing Wii production would also be the next step as to not further confuse mass populous on which console is the new one. Showing off the diversity of games in commercials such as X, Mariokart, Wonderful 101, and Bayonetta 2 would be important, tapping into both kids and parents market as well as mature. However, the focuse would be on parents as currently youth culture dicates Nintendo as kiddie, though changing that image through out the generation would be extremely beneficial for preparing for the next generation. An increase in investments on western developers would also be beneficial as western games are starting to make huge steps into the Japanese market as is evident of Grand Theft Auto V
