Andy Tudor (Project CARS) seems to have a really good feel for the WiiU's specs, hardware and development. I figure if he can pull off a great car racing game, he could do the same for jetskis, dirtbikes, and planes. He's also a rare voice of WiiU optimism, in the UK no less (one of WiiU's worst performing territories)
We have heard NOTHING from Nintendo regarding what they'll do with these series I wouldn't be surprised if they have nothing in the pipeline yet.
Nintendo shouldn't let someone this talented slip through the cracks. Fully fund Tudor and Slightly Mad in a similar arrangement as Nintendo has for Platinum Games. To me it's just painfully obvious that Andy Tudor is the best guy to be at the helm for these IPs.
