I don't see anyone hyped up for Halo 5. In fact, when it was announced last year majority of Xbox fans were like, "Awwwww really?!?". Lol.
Destiny will not only outsell Halo 5. It'll win the best FPS in the GOTY awards. Overall GOTY? I'm not sure. It's hype comes from it's ambition. That ambition is grounded on the reputation of it's developers.
Bungie are the Naughty Dog of the FPS genre.

Really? You don't see hype for Halo 5? The ONLY thing I hear from every Xbox fan is that they can't wait for Halo 5, and the people that don't have an Xbox One saying they'll get one for Halo 5.

In all honesty. Halo held them back. Their best with Halo was first two games. After that they went downhill. Slowly but surely. Microsoft just milked the franchise until it became a COD clone.
There's no questioning how good Bungie are at what they do.
I dare any PS fanboy to say "Bungie s*ck". I'll defend Bungie.
All I hear from Xbox fans is "Titanfall".
Halo 5 isn't even on anyone's radar. We'll see how both of them fair.

Halo sales ARE poor given the AMOUNT of games that have been released in the franchise.
Yes. Halo held back Bungie. Look at Bungie now. Destiny is far more ambitious than Halo ever was. They aren't confined to what Microsoft WANTS out of Halo. They are the ones directing the game. THAT is why I'm hyped for it. This is the DEFINING Bungie game.
Finally. Halo 5 wasn't well received when it was shown at E3. People were like, "Been there. Done that".
Destiny, Watch Dogs, inFamous: Second Son, Uncharted 4, The Order, DriveClub etc will all be playable in 1080p resolution. ONLY on PlayStation 4.

No exclusive franchise by sony or Microsoft has ever sold as many games in one gen as Halo did this past gen and even with all it's unpopular spinoffs and remakes it averages more sales per game than any other sony/microsoft exclusive ip this gen. But I guess if you think the only good selling games this gen were Call of Duty and Grand Theft Auto, your opinion makes a tiny bit of sense? Otherwise you should just stop commenting about poor halo sales because you are making a fool of yourself.
