Heh, amusing how when anybody tries to do the same to MS, it whines against bad, dirty, ugly and stinky patent trolls.
Anyhow, MS is doing its own interest as any other company, shame on USA for their one-sided (not particularly in MS favour, but in favour of patent holders in general, even on the most trivial, vague, obvious and arguable ones) and sloppily applied (USPTO often doesn't even bother to thoroughly check those already lax conditions to grant patents, leaving to tribunals the chore of cleaning the mess it causes) patent law and on Google for not building adequate patent protection for Android users.
