the console war mentality that you have is nothing short of outstanding, anything bad ever said about microsoft you do your utmos best to try show that sony is just as bad or even worse. it just so happens to be that your examples are always about sony, oh my, what a coincidence. this thread is about microsoft, Sony has nothing to do with it.

What are you talking about. Of course this thread is about Microsoft. Today there has been about 5-6 threads about the same goddamn thing, and I'm pretty sure I'm being generous at that count.
Every time some stupid story like this breaks, the same users with the same agenda look forward to chastising Microsoft for something every company does. Is this tactic right? No. But do we hear the same level of hostility when its anyone else but Microsoft? No sir.
Go ahead and call out kowenicki for it though, I'm sure you'll get a lot of backup for it. Doesn't make you any less part of the problem.

As for my own personal view on the topic.. actually did I post in here already? I can't even tell anymore because I've seen this subject come up so much today. It's not an honest tactic, and I'd prefer it to stay out of advertising. Not gonna fool myself thinking Microsoft is the only company evil enough to do it though.
