1) "Why don't we make a VGC pick'em league on another website?" 2) "Why do I have to submit a pick for MNF in order to record a win for that game?" 3) "Why should I make a new post to change a pick when I can just edit my old post?" 4) "I am a Minnesota Vikings fan." 5) "I know you said that you would prefer it, if everyone used the same PM for the divisional round as they did for the wild-card playoffs. But not only am I using a new PM, no, I am splitting my Saturday and Sunday picks in two separate PMs." |
1) I figured managing an entire league with 20+ members all by yourself would be a gargantuan task that takes a lot of energy and stress, so that's why I threw it out there. It was an attempt to take a load off of you. It's not like I said, "This is stupid, we should use another site." Funny how you missed my post praising you for doing such an excellent job.

2) I never questioned or challenged the rule. I asked why I didn't get my point for the game. You and superchunk then pointed out the rule to me, and I made sure not to make the mistake again.
3) Like I said then, I made the incorrect assumption it would be easier on you to do so, rather than making a new post. When you said it would be better to make a new post, I apologized and never made the mistake again.
4) And I finished the season with the best record with a chance to win it all in two weeks. U mad Skol?
5) Hah! Now you're making things up. First of all, that first sentence doesn't even need a comma, and my former Media Style & Structure teacher would receive a telepathic notification about that grammar gaff and kill me for making such an error. Second, can you see how this one contradicts Point #3? First you got pissed at me for editing my posts instead of making new ones, now you're pissed that I sent new messages whenever I had picks to submit instead of reusing old ones. I just can't win with you!
Besides, I don't remember reading anywhere in the rules where it said I must use the same PM. If I knew that's how you'd prefer it, I might have done it that way. But I wasn't sure if editing a PM would alert you in the form of an email, and I didn't want to take any chance on controversy (silly me).
It's OK though. You hate me because you can't have me. We'll just have to continue hating each other from a distance, and wishing we could express our forbidden hatred for each other, and imagining all the nasty hatemaking we want to give each other all night long.
