I agree with Rol that "Please Understand" is just something to try to calm the public and bring them to terms, although it doesn't obviously work anymore. Or ever, for that matter.
Just being aggressive with game releases isn't enough. Their console needs to be aggressive in that it's different enough to sway a consumers purchase while also not being too obnoxious or badly dealt with, especially in the beginning. (Wii U.)
