Well, people lead us to believe here that Xbox makes no money and Windows 8 is failing. Yet last quarter Microsoft posted the largest profit in the history of Microsoft ever. So where is this money coming from if Windows is no Cash cow and Xbox is failing?
Seems like you need to fail to make more money according to the internetz.
