Well tablets or mobiles aside, businesses still need desktops and laptops for their employees, imo tablets are not in position yet to rival business laptops and alot of industries still need better hardware to run the software they require. I think its still a significant part, the main difference is less consumers upgrade their laptops as often anymore due to the tablets, but that's the only sales ms looses.
I guess that's the whole purpose of window phones and tablets, in an attempt to rival the current hype of tablets, admittedly not very succesful at the moment, but better than nothing.
