Any time you buy a system early you're gambling. You're placing your bet that the console will be awesome and that it will be loaded with the games you want to play. If you buy a PS4 soon I doubt you'll regret it because you're simply making a purchase you seemed rather convinced you'll be making anyways. Does it really matter if you buy one now or wait a couple months? Not much will change in that time and you may end up just depriving yourself of fun experiences for the sake of having a bigger selection of games. As others have said, the system won't be getting cheaper any time soon.
Do you like the games you see right now or the games that are coming soon? Assassins's Creed IV, Battlefield 4, Flower, Infamous, Injustice, Need for Speed, Outlast, Rayman Legends, Resogun, Sound Shapes, Thief, Tomb Raider, Trine 2. All of those games are at least good or expected to be so along with games like Driveclub and Watch Dogs that don't have release dates yet but many are expecting before Summer.
If you already want it and can afford it then there's little reason to wait unless not a single one of the current games or upcoming games for it appeal to you.
