I paid around 100K US$ for 76m² it's worth around 150K right now (3y latter)...In São Paulo the average is about 5k the m² with some regions averaging 10k m² (and I'm excluding the really top top constructions)...
But every Brazilian is rich man, we pay the biggest tax, have the worst return and pay unreasonable prices for anything... a Corolla here costs above 30kUS$, PS4K 1800US$, etc...
