For Nintendo fans: If you feel the industry needs fewer shooters, why do you still hate anything that isn't a shooter because it's non-Nintendo?

haven't played knack but when i look at the latest mario game and then knack at youtube i have the feeling that there is a reason why most nintendo fans just don't want knack on any system and wouldn't like it even as wii u exclusive.

i didn't see many nintendo fans disliking something like tearaway.
