I would be really surprised if Uncharted 4 didn't see release in 2014. ND is Sony's ace in the hole at this point, and they need to make sure they get a game from ND on the system as soon as possible. Uncharted 1 was what really got the PS3 started, so I'm sure ND will be one of the first on the scene with PS4. The new title has probably been in development since UC3.
