Vesperia is better imo. If you have a X360 I'd buy that, as that can be had for 20 bucks as well.
But Tales of Xillia is a good game, above average gameplay. (With a few issues that are supposedly fixed in Xillia 2), above average story. And average everything else (VA's, Soundtrack, Graphics)
worth 20 bucks if you like JRPG's.
