The answer is more advertising, better communication, online multiplayer on games that NEED it, more options, some people don't want the Wii U just because of the Gamepad, maybe rerelease the Basic Set w/o the Gamepad and instead a Pro Controller fully compatible with the entire system ( some games are limited to just Gamepad support), and have a Gamepad sold separately for $70. Some of these changes may actually work.
