Nintendo needs a major upgrade on their network and online structure.
Why don't they first put accounts together and add achievements and stuff?
Imagine if they would make a unified account called Nintendo Club. Simple as that. Everyone who already has a "Nintendo Club" account on Nin's website could be largely expanded with, like, you know, stuff like adding a Mii (avatar) to your profile, and displaying all games ever purchased and registered on the account and stuff.
So it won't matter if you have a Wii U, 3DS or any newer console that comes in the future. You have your Nintendo Club account and just log with it on any Nintendo device and play any game that you purchased for it or on virtual console. This thing right now - buying 2 of the same game for 3DS and Wii U is just stupid! Why would anyone do that?
Nintendo network ID needs to be gone. Not gone - re branded to be more appealing. Just call it Nintendo Club.
