Sorry mate but Gamecube didn't sell poorly because of 3rd party support. It was more to do with the look of the console if anything. Too many male teens didn't want to look uncool owning a lunchbox.
Your idea is terrible also. Mainly because just because they got a back catalogue of games doesn't mean they have permission to use them all. Also most genuine Nintendo gamers don't give a fuck about emulation when they got the real thing at home in their cupboards.
